As a matter of course, we have to bring the building up to code which includes ADA compliance (grab bars and roll in showers) and fire suppression/detection (fire sprinklers, alarms and lights, etc.).

If the design allows it, building in ADA features is nice if for nothing else bigger doorways, halls, ramps, grab bars, etc.
