I'm going to do some hiking in Denver in late July, likely going to Maui in September, then a two and half week hiking trip in New Zealand.

I've lived in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Fiji and Memphis TN.

I'm originally from California, but I moved to Urbana-Champaign, Illinois about a year and a half ago after living in New Zealand for two and a half years.I have an engineering background and work for an applied research organization studying how buildings use energy.

Things like a month long trip to Australia and New Zealand, a few expensive camera gadgets that I want, etc.

It was mentioned about charging Tenants weekly rent instead of monthly.Just thought to mention that in New Zealand and Australia it is the way tenants pay. 52 weeks in a years, resulting in extra income then pay monthly rent.
