Actions that id say im tracking now would be, I am writing goals and reminders of where I wanna be and placing them in a area where every morning I see them and my mind will always have them and be leading me down the correct direction to more success.

In regard to high fees and weak returns, I think that's more of a reflection of the fractional companies in the market today which screams opportunity. 

Especially if it has eastern facing windows for great morning light.

And I have a 7 figure portfolio invested in both direct real estate (via residential rentals) and syndication/crowdfunding passive investments (because I feel both have their strengths and weaknesses and I want both in my portfolio).To backup a second: You can find virtually every type of real-estate investment strategy ( core, core plus, value-added , opportunistic) and asset type ( multifamily , self storage, office, mobile home parks etc.) via syndication/crowdfunding.

Have you been in these neighborhoods during the morning, afternoon and evening to observe the residents tendencies?

I saw a headline this morning for a product that is capable of detecting marijuana smoke.

My guess is a slim ball agent pooped on his waffles one morning and I am truly sorry he has those feelings.
