I enjoy playing basketball, reading books, and learning about new technology.

World class medical facilities, 2016 Republician National Convention, Award winning chefs and eateries, a great basketball player returning home to win a championship and a Midwest City center redeveloping its lakefront and downtown to mixed use, apartments and retail are all putting Cleveland back on the map. 

(But am a Warriors fan, sorry.

As real estate investors we are like warriors, and every day we go into battle.....there is always something or someone out there trying to stop us, which is why only a few succeed.

It has good school systems and as a college town it has a intellectual vibe, except on football and basketball home game dates!

just curious how do you rent a car without a major credit card.. and a lot of other things require it like checking into a motel etc. as a road warrior I cant fathom how I could operate without a card.. ?

I can assure you he doesn't lose sleep at night thinking about the poor people that can't afford his product.Your job is Landlord, not social justice warrior.

I also enjoy basketball, lifting weights, and reading. 

Keyboard warriors are good with numbers in volume, but in my experience, lousy with making the deal work because they have no clue what the actual condition of the house is in.

I am not sure exactly what that means but appears they have been worth recognizing :) I know their sports programs like football and basketball have had success many years.
