This contractor has 0 reviews on yelp which I found a bit sketchy, but was able to vet him by his contractor's license, worker's comp, and by visiting some of his ongoing projects.

Their videos, webinars and web content have been a huge help in presenting what the concept of shared ownership looks like in real life.  

Complete Ponzi scheme either way and that I do have  proof of that as do hundreds of others  i agree but everyone only discussing the mendenhall brothers and I think she controls the money for they stuff tht most are affected by ..i saw the Mendenhall that no longer works at the company had his cel l number removed after I posted it in the other page

Most of the investors I talk with are looking for an easy deal for them that can create early cashflow and long term appreciation with out taking up a page chunk of their time.
