Vegetables would clog up the filters and pumps without me doing my due maintenance.

Maybe fence it off and make a garden.Feed you family free fresh fruit and vegetables (organic), sell the remainder on the roadside (pumpkins in October, melons and corn in the summer, peas, green beans, radishes, green onions, carrots, etc...).Sell from a trailer.Use the money for a family vacation.Teach the kids about business, pre-planing (planting hoe-ing gathering), and profits.Just my 2 cents.

There was more bodegas selling cigarettes, lottery tickets and high fructose corn syrup juices than supermarkets with fresh fruits and vegetables.

No vegetation, roots along foundation.

Hate to tell you this but back in Aussie a Swede is a root vegetable we put in stews.

Would removing trees in a given plot of land help the other trees and support the underlying vegetation.  

Might as well chime in with don't do an LLC and eat your fruits and vegetables. 

The rocks and vegetation are like another planet.

I thought I could get a cheap roof for this tiny house, some flooring, remove the vegetation,  new low-end appliances, for around $5k or so. 

However, if the house is truly vacant, would the HOA be able to enforce the appearance standards in order to keep the house looking nice, or would the typical distressed property signs start showing up, I.e. over grown vegetation, newspapers piling up, etc.?
