I live in the Beaumont, TX area and real estate is on the less expensive end of the spectrum.

Have a project that I've gotten 3 bids and price ranges are all over the spectrum (3k-7k).

I want to work with someone that is as committed to providing a great service for both ends of the spectrum and compliment one another.

My finance's cousin does college student housing already so I have a mentor should I choose to go that route, but I am leaning towards clientele a little higher up the income/responsibility spectrum, although I haven't ruled it out yet.

The opposite of the spectrum is high demand areas and they produce lower returns so adjust accordingly.

It hits across the board, and generally there is a meeting once a month with a broad spectrum of topics. 

I have enjoyed the cash flow/appreciation spectrum that has been discussed on the podcast the past few months.
