IMHO,  whats important is to walk the property, otherwise, you are taking a vegas gamble with not being able to see the inside. 

A word of caution on your request though, when you tell people in an open forum that you want to spend X anywhere that works with what you want, you are opening yourself to unwanted spam and potentially a pile of garbage coming your way.
