Dear friends,Please give me suggestion.I am from Armenia and a lot of members of our society think that per day renting process has many disadvantages , because tenants can injure the apartment.Is it beneficial that rent the apartment and give it on airbnb for per day?

Realize the rents on containers might be less than rents on a traditional storage facility because of the perception of the public (it looks like crap to see a bunch of containers side by side, versus an actual storage facility). 

Or maybe my perception is off on the space. 

We live in a society that you can earn money anyway you can think (driving a car, delivering food, charging a scooter overnight).

Like it or not, the accused have no rights in our society.

I  am no expert on 1031s, just my perception.
