I know there are a few meet ups in LA in general but I have not heard of or seen any in my local area of Eagle Rock, Highland Park, East LA.I hope some ideas of where to host it but I'm open to suggestions.

In my opinion you can make exponentially more on rehabs than turn key, think of all the work being outsourced and everyone taking a silver.

Maybe too far out but Silver Lake has a couple good things on the market and Litchfield has an apartment complex.
