After-all, at the point that the redemption period ends, there is no reconciliation time left. 

I'd put way more faith in the population flow from Californians seeking relief from the high cost of living than in the stadium.  

This is not only pain when it comes time for utility bill reconciliation but also can have adverse smells from the oil tanks in the basement.

If they fail to make payments, as most do, the trustee may file a motion for dismissal or the lender may file for relief of stay.

If the answer to one or more of these is yes, you should have adequate proof to simply include replacement on the security deposit reconciliation.
