Redo the shower pan with a vinyl liner and build the dam with blocks.

Solid core vinyl planks:  looks like wood, wears like iron. 

DINING ROOM:  (1) Bone Tile, (2) White Vinyl windows  FAMILY ROOM:  (1) Fireplace which will need to be painted. 

@Peter Durant I use vinyl strip flooring that interlocks to each other with glue strip.

Does any in the Atlanta area have any vinyl installers they've either used and could personally vouch for their work?

The property is located in Plano Texas and a single family home.  3 years ago I installed matte luxury vinyl plank flooring in most of the downstairs. 

@Natalie Schanne  the darker wood look 'tile' in front of the island is a commercial vinyl product (from Lowes) that we had to glue down on a subfloor because of the original floor condition.

I do see a lot of buildings now with carpet in the bedrooms, but vinyl plank in the living areas.

General stuff like replace floor, carpet to vinyl floor , painting wall , kitchen cabinet, repair, replace tub ,..,, small minor stuff .
