It's not just for travel nurses.

I'll check on the rent, it would likely be medium term as it's near a hospital and several schools for students/traveling nurses etc.

I have always heard there's a shortage of nurses and high demand for them, so thought this could be interesting.

Any travel nurse is a brother or sister in my field, so my plan is to make sure their housing is everything they could imagine in comfort and necessity be met.  

I mentioned a housing shortage...the Coast still has Dr's, nurses, everyday residents and a major influx of buyers that are waiting, building and looking for a dwelling.

Here in NW Florida, there's tons of options to house hack really nice homes if you rent by the bedroom or separate in law spaces through MTR to military or traveling nurses. 

My audience I was shooting for traveling nurses & displaced families

One client in Indianapolis rents a small, furnished single-family for 3-month terms to traveling nurses.

I have heard of landlords having success marketing to traveling nurses and to State Department staff returning from posts abroad (I believe they receive a generous stipend for housing as they transition back to the U.S.).

The traveling nurse industry is strong here and looks to be underserved from my perspective.I hope this helps!
