As the title says, I'm interested in acquiring a STVR property in an area that has both summer demand for lake recreation, as well as close proximity to ski resorts.

One of the cheaper shed doors needs replacing…However, it’s a dream house in a dream area (25 minutes to dodge ridge ski resort) and was our dream home because of how perfect it was for us at the time.

'A' is relatively newly built with a full amenity package: typically resort level pool, fitness center, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, playgound(s) if mostly family area, maybe covered parking/garages, etc.  

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

You get email offering Vega’s room for $x (the x being a function of how much they believe you will spend,the more they think you will spend the lower the price for the room), but you get there and there is a large resort fee (in addition to the various taxes).  

price $124k it’s in a resort, highly sought after especially in summer season.

It’s also great to identify desirable locations within the resorts - homes with private views or near the clubhouse.

In a resort style place like you are looking at, often more than one unit is owned by a single owner.
