PropStream also has a driving for dollars app that allows you to mark the properties of interest that you drive by and then export the list when you get home.

If not you can close and simply pull out a 2nd or opt to take out a personal loan and consolidate on the ARV at the 6th month mark.

@Jackie Liu I have a table in my lease that lists all the utilities and then they are marked as to if the tenant pays them or the landlord pays them.
