I have grown my networth a lot using that leverage but my income needs are now met and I strive (as it sounds like you are) for less exposure so I have decided to sell off some of the assets and apply the equity gained to the assets I keep.

For example I want a 2016 Ford Mustang GT350, I was going to do my goal by saying in 2 years I will be able to purchase my Mustang and afford it purely from rental income.

Does anybody know any actual info about what's going to happen to the old Ford stamping plant, specifically on the South east portion of it?
