Spent lots of time getting a Virginia lease ready and want to back off the mgr but wondering if I should just go with it.

I’ve spent most of my life in California (SF/LA) and have been in Pittsburgh for only two years, so I’m still getting familiar with the area.Does anyone know of RE agents in Pittsburgh who specialize in STR investments?

This is where about 75% of my time is spent cleaning up.  

We pay a few hundred dollars for a professional quality pitchbook with the financials and that has been money well spent.

I also come from a background in construction and spent a lot of time working on flip and rehab projects for a private investor, would love to connect and talk more.

I did this and it ended up being one of the best decisions and money spent.

While I am not in San Diego, I spent some time out there last summer (Ocean Beach) and loved it!

A Walgreens is not going to be as easy to replace as a Dunkin Donuts, at least without major capital spent on your part.You have tenant quality: Is the Dunkin Donuts a corporate lease or single location, new franchisee guarantor.  

Whenever you are spending a dollar from the business, you should be saying to yourself "In what way does this expense return more than I spent?"
