If there really arent any PM companies around, it may be a good opportunity for you to be the one to fill that need, especially if you can kickstart it with a 15+ property portfolio right out of the gate.

it sure isn't now (for most of us at least). you gotta give the guy some credit for what he kickstarted and recognize those kinds of things will go out of date quickly due to technology etc.

This is not an industry standard town so you have to be shrewd and play it right but if you do, you can kick start it into some really butt kicking cash flow.Here's what you do. 2/1s are a great target house where I come from.

The information is great, but building contacts and giving and getting feedback can really kick start your investment activity.Sounds like you are doing some of the rights things to get started.
