As the owner of Oz Realty, I wouldn’t recommend any other property manager in Toledo to take you on.Most companies don’t allow landlords to use their own contractors for repairs due to internal operating inefficiencies.

The worst thing here is people who he recently took money from - yes some people are still being conned out of their money - lost it all to the court.I can see him working on 4 houses at the moment, and each ia having work performed out of sequence with 3 of the 4 still having no front entrance door installed, but they have still finished the internal walls and laid the flooring.

We (the buyers) notified our agent that the property must also be move-in-ready.We received images of the interior and exterior which showed the property in move-in ready condition/what appeared to be minimal to no deferred maintenance issues, the listing said "property inmove-in condition/turn-key".
