If rental income is all you earn or will be in the future, you're best off interfacing with your accountant to develop a plan on how to pay taxes on a regular basis, but most people their full time job deducts most of the taxes throughout the year and settle up at the end.

But I much prefer the more intuitive interfaces on just about everyone else. 

I've been here for a while, and there's something I've never figured out about the forum interface.  

I only use Zillow for three things:To get an easy link to the county records of a propertySo I can see a different/previous set of pictures of sold properties (since they're sometimes taken down from Redfin/MLS)They have a better map interface than most other websitesI never use Zillow's numbers/estimates/specs.Account Closed, I'm assuming you're talking about the Zestimate being accurate?  

He founded REWW a few years ago and has been steadily building it into a legitimate interfacer with active real estate investors who want to dig deeper and get better at their craft.  

The interface is very user friendly and  not overwhelming.

I agree with the others on the AC - all modern systems that I'm aware of have safety interfaces on them that shut the compressor down before it can freeze up or be damaged from overheating.
