if its a rebrand of do hard money look at old threads on BP.. these guys while not a scam many that posted on BP lost their 2300.00 because no deals were ever good enough and so they gave up and lost the deposit.. back a few years ago it was 3k.. great bizz model make 3k and and dont fund anything or very few according to others that posted.

I financed this property using down payment funds from 403B and a local commercial bank.

The advantage with the bank was minimal closing costs, a good interest rate, and a draw system so I could get funding as I completed each rental unit. 

Investing institutionally on behalf of our fund investors sparked my desire to pursue my own investments and create wealth independently.For my first property, I plan to use the BRRRR strategy, likely with the help of a hard money lender.
