I need to know if in INDIANA its legal to receive a finders fee....I got caught up in a webinar full of hot buttons on the ease of making these fees (Phil Grove from Texas is Guru behind this but someone else presented the webinar.  

a lot of successful investors I know and have spoken with have not done incredibly sexy strategies that seem to blow me away.

From, "someone ate my food" to "someone takes long showers and uses up all the hot water" and even arguements over parking spots.Who wants to handle all that extra nonsense for "free"?

Usually as long as their are no life threatening issues (no HVAC, windows won't open, no hot water), the housing authority will began to pay the rent and give you time to address the required repairs.

Are there four furnaces and four hot water heaters?

Single family 2-4br homes are HOT right now!

I'll bite bc I love the STR market conversation - Mammoth Cave in KY, New River Gorge in WV, Hot Springs in AR, Nashville, IN (the town Nashville located in Indiana), and any major college town that you don't hate with a growing population and level 1 trauma center hospital. 

The one we most recently used was a hot mess so I wouldn't recommend them.
