DSCR loans allow lending to LLC's, but the LLC members will likely need to personally guarantee the loan.

I would explain this CLEARLY to them so that they understand you are not responsible to guaranteeing them a perfect experience.

The problem is there is no guarantee that your lead is not being shared.
