ONe last thing  keep in mind even though you think yourself a hard working honest person etc etc and I am sure you are.. with a nice family etc.the person whose home your trying to get will view you in a completely different light.to them your a greedy no good investor trying to steal their home and kick them out.. your thinking you have been wronged here.. and you DESERVE something..

At the same time, your customer may be in your first wave of buyers so don't be greedy.

To think that if I didn't recently discover the show American Greed I would have dumped every dollar into them thinking about nothing else other then my 12% minimum profits, and I probably would have lost everything!!!

No - it will be the greedy rotten landlords who are sqeezing the life out of honest Americans.And we'll make easy targets, too.

That's probably closer to the real number, at least that's generally how these things work, at least the RTC did.Anyway, at least it won't be going to the homeowners, those ungrateful, greedy SOBs who thought they could finagle the system.

There are greedy people out there and as real estate investors, people have an assumption that you have money.
