@Wes Pracht  the important thing to know is there is a fantastic micro brew there they make their beer the German way  some of the best I have ever tasted.. and of course in PDX we have them everywhere.

At least in the Guru seminar you get 40k worth of books tapes and all sorts of other information some germane and useful some not...

I have a tenant who said they would like to have a German Shepard.

Next, install hyper sensitive smoke detectors, wi-fi video of common areas, and hire moolighting police drug-sniffing dogs, preferably German Shepherds.
