You bring the capital connection, they bring the operational expertise, and then you learn while doing.A warning from experience: don't underestimate the difference in tenant management.

I'm sure each person has their preference, but I'm curious to know what people's experiences have been and if they have seen differences in vacancy rates using one vs the other.
