I know roto-rooter peddles an additive (60 bucks a gallon) that you are supposed to dump down the drain (just writing that makes me cringe...) that they claim will form some sort of a smooth film, but that sounds rather far-fetched to me - has any had luck with that?

So earlier this year, my PM was approached by a film crew in Atlanta to use my house in an upcoming film.  

The homes that we been doing gets filmed on camera after completion of job and sold on TV. 

therefore the always be closing, film flam , glad handing, somewhat dishonest, RE agent can usually do a lot better than the sincere and earnest agent given their average clientele .

or actively manage my tenants - which has made a dream into a possibility.A little about me - I work in the film production industry, which I love but is extremely demanding of my time and not especially flexible.  

There are a range of great renters around colleges that don't leave in the summer and aren't teenagers that reenact scenes from Animal House or Neighbors (2014, the film with Seth Rogan).

(I'm was Acrobat/Dancer in Broadway Tour, I also work in TV/Film/Musicals/Etc). 

I can tell you that my vampire literature and Italian film studies classes that I took to fulfill general ed requirements have done GREAT things for my real estate business. -.- If you do decide to pursue real estate, you will have the flexibility to do college classes if you decide that's something that will benefit you.
