Being young and in real estate, a point of advice that I can give you is to embrace it!

I think some important considerations in your search would include an accountant who makes it a priority to get back to clients timely, embraces new technology, and invests in real estate themselves. 

I spent twenty years working in restaurants, working my way up from Dishwasher to Head Chef so I embrace hard work and a good challenge.
