You will need to remove skirting, tie downs, disconnect utilities, lift it up from the blocks, set it down on wheels, disconnect sections and move it.

In order to get the property classified as a SFR and pay 3.5% down, I had to combine the electric meters and “remove” the upstairs kitchen (meaning disconnect the dishwasher and oven and put them in another room), so that the upstairs kitchen would then be classified as a “laundry room with sink”.

And once you add in the LLPA's for 2-unit and cash out, that's the disconnect you are seeing. 

As long as you can keep the base dry and you can put a disconnect panel in they can go almost anywhere.

@Gary L Wallman I think there is a disconnect in this thread that keeps popping up.

My complaint is that sometimes it will list 10 different numbers for one person and you will have to call through multiple disconnected numbers or just outright wrong numbers in order to get in contact with the right person.

That's where I feel a somewhat disconnect with his mindset vs. mine...

So I had the city disconnect their electric and water, and I gave them the phone number of someone else that was doing their very first STR.2 problems solved. 

They will take care of the master plumber's permit and work to disconnect and cap sewer and water lines as well as electrical panel removal and gas line disconnects.
