Hi Vanna - I know we are "a ways out", but I promise its worth it.Many investors from Northern Virginia are buying in Prince George's County, MD (mainly because you can find great deals with $1,000, or more a month positive cash flow) cause they can't find good deals in Northern Virginia, and Baltimore is a little "too scary" for many new investors.

In our market, Prince George's County Maryland, the average price of a 3/2 is $260,000.  

Prince George's is one of the best real estate markets in the country, both to wholesale and to "buy/hold" for wealth creation.

But he was able to cover the rent by renting out his own NY 3 bed home for $55k/mo to a Saudi Prince while he was out of town!
