Totally different market today, much harder.Buying site unseen OOS is high risk/low return in 2025.

Underwriting was only supposed to take around 3 days.

Thats why i wake up each day excited about working rentals here.

Update to my previous post (the update button didn't seem to do anything for me).Their customer support team was able to help me get my account back, even though the email made it seem otherwise.
