"Looking at the possibility of using cinder block for small flex/industrial developments"Only know residential stuff built with cinder blocks, but get with a structural guy to understand:1) Is CMU (cinder block) cheaper for your design2) Moisture invasion - In apartments you build an outside wall of CMU and then cover it with frame/sheetrock, you'll get lots of condensation and, god forbid, mold.3) Structural integrity - I really don't know since I think earlier stacked CMU wasn't as strong as tilt-wall, but don't know.

These dryers heat the drum contents and condense the vapor into liquid that then goes down the drain.

The only things we did not touch were the furnaces and condenser units in hopes that we can get a couple years out of them until replacement is needed.

Really good for whole system overhauls.Put a cage on the AC condenser or put it on the roof (if flat).Put the lockbox in a non-obvious area.Bar any side doors from entry until occupied.

The hallway between the kitchen and the garage didn't have a heat vent so in the coldest part of the winter (this was in Ohio) the warm air would condense at the ceiling and deep orange tar and nicotine would drip down 🤮
