I've owns singles and multis, detached, semi-detached, condos, commerical, vacant land, scattered lots, farms, woodland, and other real estate. 

I think the issue is the agent/broker does not due commerical real estate, focusing on residential SFH sales, thus does not know how to list commercial units.

Commerical is also struggling.

We control all our dates would never trust and attorney to do this unless its some big commerical deal.. they are too busy for this type of stuff this is what agents get paid for. 

I think if it works monetarily I kind of like it better than taking the risk on a normal tenant issues.. also commerical lease in our area like this.. there is no eviction process they don't pay you lock the door in 72 hours..

Other local commerical banks will likely have similar terms to Community America.
