If you are going to acquire these properties using some type of financing its best to begin mortgage planning ahead of time so you can execute with the best precision.

Basically when we click on a specific property, all the details we get in the page.- Get a list of active properties in a zipcode with filters (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price etc)

Not sure if you own or rent your primary home, but not all DSCR lenders will lend to first time homebuyers and/or first time investors...just a heads up.
