It is a failure to take the chance and see what you are made of.  

Chances are the prices of houses will keep going up, but the interest rate will fluctuate a lot during these 20 years.

If your working with this company and this company only and think that they are going to get you to the finish line to get the title in your name, well I’d say you’d have a better chance at winning the lotto.What some don’t know is they are not a one stop shop, the more you get dragged along the more money PreReo makes, again they are basically a wholesaler, the longer it takes you to obtain it the longer you pay them.

Its a nice little cheat/loophole on the mortgage side that can help afford a larger home pice and increase your chances of getting a home or other loans.If you have any questions feel free to reach out I am always happy to help and go over the basics.

I think it's great as it includes warranty information for appliances, type of hvac filter, light bulbs and general maintenance etc  Any chance you would be able to send me a copy of one?

The disadvantage is that compliance is difficult, much more expensive than Reg D, and the chances of being sued much greater, while raising capital more difficult.  

Follow up with an email to the agent and bullet point your case, which increases the chance that the owner will actually hear them7.)
