Does anyone currently have wheel chair accessible rental houses, if so do you mind sharing some pros and cons?

I am speaking from a personal experience and poor expensive choices on my part.  5A) As with most commercial leases - non attached trade equipment such a refrigerators, mixers, steam tables, unattached tables and chairs, dishes are property of the tenant as long as they are in complIance with the terms of the lease.

And a unique situation with my wife being in a wheel chair requiring me to be around more. 

Example...if I spend 2,000 hours reading about construction, engineering, and local code during the year, does that mean I'm involved in the construction and building trade when I otherwise haven't left the arm chair?

Rep Ricks assured me that HB 461 will be voted on Monday (last day to be heard there to make it to the Senate for most bills) and Senator Hill said it would likely go to Judicial (Senator Lodge is Chair) or State Affairs (Senator Lakey is Chair). 

However still the risk does exist if someone left a chair in there that they can start making claims.
