Sanded cabinets and repainted.

I added more cabinets in the kitchenI added a handrail to steps in the rearI had new cement poured on sidewalk, porch and drivewayI added new storm doors to all 3 doorsI added new cordless, faux wood blinds throughout home (Home Depot installed)I repainted and repaired detached garage Lessons learned?

Some drywall replacement, repainting, need to add a backsplash to the kitchen, maybe replace cabinets, flooring could be redone.

For instance: A stove- 500 Backsplash-400 Cooktop - 500 Granite Counter Tops- 1500 Dishwasher- 500 New Sink - 250 Fridge - 550 Cabinets- Cost to refinish older cabinets in nicer condition ????

Everything should be in writing, down to the type and name of the kitchen cabinet handles, the tile name/brand/color, the texture of drywall,....everything that will be a part of this project must be in writing attached to the contract and signed by both parties.

This is from the official Allure installation instructions: "Do not install permanent cabinets, vanities, etc. over allure as this will prevent allure from expanding and contracting."

Would need new floors, cabinets, stove, fridge, installing a ceiling in the kitchen (currently a drop ceiling), trim, and running a water line to be able to install a washer/drier. 

Instead of filing them when I get back to the office in the real filing cabinets (Probably going to still file the paper to make sure there are no catastrophes the first year).
