Hi I'm curious about the different real estate markets in African countries.

I've seen a lot of that in Mississippi, especially among African-Americans.  

Income levels are below median household income.50% African American/ 50% Caucasian.Schools are poorly rated People still live in this area!

I mean, you see that band of Trump yahoos driving and honking and ****, but you've also got Asheville being one of the first munis in the country to talk openly and try to do something about reparations to African Americans (and it seems pretty moderate overall, not like an economic cataclysm).

Most of the new houses being built seem to have a South African Dutch, Colonial, Farmhouse, or Tudor style (depending on the area) are combination thereof.   

When I go into a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Pot Bellies, Just Salad, Chop't, or literally any food retail establishment, the employees are 99% African American.

My next door neighbor was renting his house out and not once but twice, I had a knock on the door of a potential tenant ask me if my neighbor was a doctor in some African country. 

No lie, the applicant was an African-American girl with that on her forehead.
