Do you have ADA access?

I know this is limited information, but I wanted to see if others got a similar impression of this ad as I did.Here it is:Mobile home portfolio 46% CAP RATE.

Ada, OK or just southern OK. 

In some places, the chemicals are required to be checked two times a day in HOA pools.Replacing the pool might also raise ADA issues depending on exactly how public the pool is.

I was even considering throwin an ad up on cl or backpage  trying to find those that could work with me on this. but I'm not even sure what to say in ad as a lot of people aren't familiar with wlo.

The child requires a machine to breathe, wheelchair and ADA accessible amenities. 

As a matter of course, we have to bring the building up to code which includes ADA compliance (grab bars and roll in showers) and fire suppression/detection (fire sprinklers, alarms and lights, etc.).

If the design allows it, building in ADA features is nice if for nothing else bigger doorways, halls, ramps, grab bars, etc.
