Getting ready to sell a rental, and realized how much I forgot about doing a big painting job. 1/4 of the way through I broke down and shelled out for a 18-inch rollar and big painting tray.

Give them an inch and they take a mile, not all will but most. 

They would pop up the concrete , they wont be digging down more than 4 to 5 inches . 

Not ashamed, as intimidation is Nature's way of saying, "Make sure the ice is six inches deep before you go running across the lake."

That apparently fixed the issue as I hadn't heard anything from them for almost 2 months until tonight.We have had close to 10 inches of rain in the last week.

., and plan to weed and mulch all units' front beds as they never take care of the them, even if they mow the grass.  

I'm getting a stackable washer/dryer for my unit and the laundry closet is quite small with a depth of 28 inches for the dryer.
