In Ariz it's the Dept of Transportation the last time I was a licensed MH contractor which was about 10 years ago.

Everyone has their monthly bills; where you live, what you eat, you've got transportation costs etc.

It is a huge area in the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming without any major transportation hub.

I'm currently working as a civil engineer in the transportation sector, and I closed on my first investment property this month, a single family home fix and flip project.  

I do believe you can ask for more if the property is in a great location(accessible to transportation) and it has been updated and bedroom sizes are larger. 

Evaluating appreciating neighborhoods based on schools, transportation, jobs etc. are all relative to taxes but Rent Revenue as well.Let me know if you have any questions.RegardsJoe Scorese
