I could not be any happier with the people that are within the Bay area.

Being financially independant is a way to be happier for me.

Or, if you have a good price, with an able buyer buying cash since it's a rehab in progress and not finished, the buyer needs to have the money, loans will be difficult on an unfinished house, you pay the fee and keep everyone happier. :)

Since then, still not learning a significant command of the English language, not reading a single RE book or attending a seminar, not understanding the math of it, they have purchases several more B&H properties in the tri-state and the Caribbean area, all through word of mouth from family/friends about what a good deal is.

It's called "Word of Mouth" advertising, and it's very effective.If you feel the need to guard any information related to what this site was founded for, then why did you join?

I personally fix many items, and I use word of mouth to rent many of my properties. 

I've just used small methods like word of mouth and , business cards, and online advertising.

In the long run you will be happier.
