Hi @Dave Foster - the divorce was in 2012 - that is when I moved out of Suwanee (converted into a rental - that had negative cash flow for a while) and moved to Alpharetta. 

It's a newer relationship though, so fingers are crossed that they're open to fostering that working partnership for the long-run.

It's to be selective on my clients I want to take on, do a great job for them, and foster lifelong friendship and business relationships.

Allowing people to be heard doesn't cost us a thing, but making the time and effort to listen in early on may deter a tenant from making threats and hopefully foster a more respectful relationship.
