Hi @Dave Foster - the divorce was in 2012 - that is when I moved out of Suwanee (converted into a rental - that had negative cash flow for a while) and moved to Alpharetta.

Allowing people to be heard doesn't cost us a thing, but making the time and effort to listen in early on may deter a tenant from making threats and hopefully foster a more respectful relationship.
