The important distinction here is -- just because I, as a layman, didn't notice something was out of code, doesn't mean it's no longer a code violation.

If you use a glade scented diffuser the only outcome would be to have a hallway that smells like lilacs that took up smoking. 

To some degree I agree with both @Tom V. and @Greg S.Then again, I'd like to add that I think a distinction should be made between the (surely rare) case of a person having no credit score at all and one having a bad credit score.

It will cost extra but it's hardly a duplex with one thermostat or anything that's not distinctly different.

I'm weary of putting vinyl siding on a house with distinct character because I think it will make it look out of place or cheap.

While not necessarily exclusive to ST rentals, and certainly not for everyone, the distinctions between traditional LT landlords and ST hosting/rentals are distinct, tangible, and worth comparing against long term goals.

But, whatever he sprayed must completely knock out any scent they leave for other wasps to find, because they completely disappeared and they were a constant problem before - no matter how many I killed, more kept coming, until the magic, toxic stuff got sprayed on their spots.I'm afraid to learn what that stuff is, lol, but I'm really glad they're gone.  

These are different matters but an important distinction.
