It depresses me.

If I had been 30, I doubt I would have been too concerned.I took comfort in the fact that people who retained their jobs during the Great Depression had a better standard of living than pre-depression.

Stiff the seller with the property if housing prices fall during a depression as other advocate in their "mirrored strategies" currency hedge (or in other scenarios where the note is called and the deed is offered to either the seller or the lender)or 2.

It would be depressing, there's only one direction to go and that's down!

I was out and that was all I wanted after that beating.I am not exaggerating when I say that that episode put me into depression for about two years.

So Bigger Pockets, after the financial scare & shakedown in December plus last couple days volatility (even though I look at long term trends) & J Scott’s book, podcast & post on today’s wall, are we headed for the next Great Depression?

I know the economy is depressed in a lot of Michigan and Ohio, but would any one here consider buying sub 30K houses in those states while living over a 1,000 miles away?  

I am starting to get depressed on maybe not being able to do what want to do.

I could see how that could depress your wages but if it is the same employer, then you were employed.

So I think the market is somewhat depressed.
