I just say go in knowing how to 1.) treat people well and 2.) understand different types of demographics and not be so tense about working with them or stereotyping them.But, the links posted really do tell really good stories, with photos, as well as tell the tale of the beginning of the Sub30k movement here on BP  :-)Good luck!
