@Dan Oliver That's a direct conflict of your fiduciary responsibility...the whole point of being a licensee...so you disregard the best interest of the individual you are seeking to acquire a property from...I have issue with that.Do you perform a CMA for all the folks you acquire wholesale properties from...or do you attempt to get the best price so you can profit...are you listing these on MLS...are you taking title?...
