It’s a growing, vibrant area.

This has made us the current epicenter of the global pandemic BUT what its done for RE, both SFR and MFR has been nothing sort of shocking. 

We recently received about a 20-25lb box of Lindt chocolates (Engelo's favorite) in the mail from one of our investors that we got to connect with while in San Francisco at the Think Realty Global Conference.I have learned so much from @Engelo Rumora when we first met and now on a daily basis in the office.

A city’s downtown should be a vibrant focal point, but ours is avoided by many residents and businesses because of these issues.

Ohio is worth looking into as it is home to the vibrant cities of Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. 

The city is known for its vibrant economy, job opportunities, and quality of life and has seen significant population growth, leading to increased demand for real estate.
