To rebrand the area, you've got to magnetize it... meaning it needs your promotional efforts, design, vision casting, and passion.

So I spent time interviewing agents and contractors until I found a good team who:1) Is responsive2) Sees the vision of offering an investor a complete package3) Is willing to work hard for investors who invest with usThe agent I have finds off market deals all the time, and all I have to do is text the GP of the contracting firm and he sends someone out to walk any property I ask. 

You have to see the vision!

They are going to take your vision, and bring their expertise to the table, ultimately helping you do more than you could by yourself.

I will say i've seen a shift in what Rentors especially young professionals want to see as a description.Long paragraph descriptions seem to be of the past and it is preferred to see a smaller bullet point listed style.The agent should be the one on the phone or during a showing, selling the vision of a potential new home. ( of course the pictures as well)Overall is perfectly fine to me the way it is.

A good investor knows he can't do everything alone and needs to be easy to work with and have a vision

How do I work on the vision of the end product?

I want MY MONEY to be invested in MY SPECIALTY-groceries, not RE, or trucks or any of the other peripheral junk I need in order to sell my groceries.BTW, one reason for the high pay-out on REITs is THAT THE AMOUNT PAID BACK TO HOLDERS/VERSUS WHAT IS RETAINED IS CONTROLLED BY FEDERAL LAW.
