Look for same style, construction type, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.

@Paul AllenI assume you're talking about real estate as personally owned/managed individual properties (a la BP-style), not REITs. 

If you simply talking about conventional, Fannie Mae style - max is 10 per guideline.
